📦 Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Partners & Delivery Times

We work with international suppliers to bring you the best products directly from the manufacturer. As a result, delivery times may vary depending on the country of origin.

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and forwarded to the supplier.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Switzerland: 2 to 4 business days

    • Germany: 2 to 4 business days

    • Austria & Rest of EU: 2 to 4 business days

Important Note:
Delays may occur due to customs inspections or high demand. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@oeko-essentials.com

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on your location and the supplier.

  • Switzerland – Free Shipping: For orders up to CHF 40, shipping costs CHF 4.90. We offer free shipping on orders over CHF 40. Please note that this does not apply to bulky goods. You can see specific conditions at checkout.

  • Germany & EU:
    For orders under €40, shipping is €4.9.
    For orders of €40 or more, shipping is free.
    This also does not apply to bulky goods. Specific conditions are shown at checkout.

Note: If you order multiple items from different supplier warehouses, you may receive separate packages.

3. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package.

  • Tracking: Available via [tracking link or app]. Sent to your email address after dispatch.

  • Delivery: If you’re not at home during delivery, the courier will leave a notification or deliver the package to a pick-up point. Depending on the courier, an online delivery management service may also be available.

4. Customs & Import Fees

As our products are shipped from international suppliers, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Swiss customers: If your package is shipped from abroad, customs duties and VAT may be charged.

  • International customers: Customs regulations vary by country. Please check with your local customs authority for details.

Note: If a package is undeliverable due to unpaid customs fees, we cannot issue a refund.

5. Delivery Issues & Missing Packages

If your package is missing or damaged, please contact us at info@oeko-essentials.com with your order number.

  • Incorrect address provided: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not liable for undeliverable packages due to incorrect address information.

  • Package lost? Don’t worry – we’re here to help. Just email us or use the contact form and we’ll resolve the issue.

6. Returns & Exchanges
