Right of return and cancellation policy
We grant a 14-day right of return. This means that you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return or cancellation from us.
Extended return policy for Christmas
For orders placed between December 25 and January 2, an extended return policy of 30 days applies.
Requirements for returns
In order for your return to be accepted, the item must:
- be in its original condition
- have the labels attached
- be in its original packaging
- be returned together with the receipt or proof of purchase
Return process
Please contact us before returning your order at: info@oeko-essentials.com.
We will send you a return label and all instructions for returning your order.
Returns without prior request cannot be accepted.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return, unless it is a case of incorrect delivery or a defective item.
Damages and problems
Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
If an item is damaged or has been delivered incorrectly, please contact us immediately—we will take care of it.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery
- Delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded
- Delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer
- Delivery of goods if, after delivery, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature
- Delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery
- Delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts
Right of withdrawal in the EU
For deliveries to the European Union, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies – without giving reasons.
The refund also includes the delivery costs of the cheapest standard shipping we offer.
The refund will be made within 10 business days of receipt and inspection of the return, using the original payment method.
We will use the same means of payment for the refund as was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
Please note: It may take a few days for your payment provider to process the refund.
