Vitamins: The superfood contains vitamins B1, B3, and E, which strengthen the immune system and contribute to healthy skin and hair.
- Chia seeds are rich in antioxidants and have an anti-inflammatory effect in the body.
Chia seeds can be used in many ways, for example in chia pudding, as an egg substitute in baking, as a topping for muesli or yogurt, or as an addition to smoothies. It is recommended not to exceed a daily intake of 15g of chia seeds.
To preserve the quality of the chia seeds, they should be stored in a dry place and kept away from direct sunlight and heat.
